The project consisted of the renovation of an existing 2,200 square foot second floor commercial space into a residence.
The space was converted into a two bedroom, two bath residence with an open kitchen and dining area. Many of the positive existing amenities were maintained. The reuse of the existing four skylights helped convey a light and spacious open living style.
