Built in 1920, the concrete frame structure was originally an automotive repair facility. In later years it had been converted into numerous enterprises, the latest being a thrift shop.
The 3,000 square foot first floor was renovated for architectural offices. The modifications to the building took advantage of the 16-foot high ceilings and wall-to-wall windows to create an open and light work space. The area was transformed into a pleasurable work environment, one conducive for generating exciting ideas and interaction. |
