A 4,000 square foot Victorian was renovated to accommodate a growing law practice. The existing structure needed to accommodate six private offices, two major conference rooms, four secretarial spaces, a reception space, and all support spaces.
The two story structure was modified retaining the inspiring high ceiling and most of the original walls. The working environment was further improved by introducing bright colors and better lighting. The major deviations from the original structure came in the renovation of the bathrooms and one kitchen area. |
