An existing three-story, wood framed structure located at the intersection of two principal commuter streets was remodeled as the headquarters for a local real estate agency.
The renovation included 13,600 square feet of office space, seismic improvements and extensive modifications to the building exterior.
To accentuate the high visibility of a prominent corner location, new openings were cut into the existing envelope and storefront windows were added at the street level. The window pattern and composition of new exterior finishes reinforce the corner orientation. |
